INFINITY2U - Terms and Conditions

By purchasing from and becoming a member of INFINITY2U.NET you acknowledge and agree to the terms and condition specified below.

This agreement is made between the "member" (may also be referred to as "the customer" or "affiliate") and INFINITY2U. All members must be of at least eight-teen years of age. INFINITY2U reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time without notice to the member. It is the responsibility of all members to be up to date with this agreement.

The INFINITY2U registration is a one-time fee of RM100 where you will be given a product delivered by Pos Laju for FREE. In return of the payment, the members receives access to the INFINITY2U products collections with members price in addition to a lifetime membership into the INFINITY2U affiliate program if he or she desires. All sales are final, since products are available for download immediately upon payment. All payments made are non-refundable with the exception of certain situations. These situations include but are not limited to the customer's inability to receive the products due to technical issues, fraud including payment received from a stolen credit card or a hacked Paypal, or SafePay Solutions account,and sales generated by members using unethical means of advertising and promotion.

The membership fee may be paid by major bank transfers via Online or via Paypal. An excess number of online payments from a member, company, or an organization may result in a delay or a cancellation of payment of commissions and/or a halt of the user's account. All commissions are also paid via Online Bank Transfers / Paypal. INFINITY2U may also charge a small fee for sending a member's commissions to his/her other Bank Account other then specicy by Admin.

All members are neither employees nor independent contractors of INFINITY2U. Membership is completely voluntary and may be canceled at any time at the request of the member.

User membership may also be terminated or temporarily suspended and commissions can be with held without notice if a member is found of violating the terms and conditions, using illegal methods of promotion, performing actions considered "fraud", or cheating the system in any way what so ever.

Affiliate member earnings are automatically calculated by the INFINITY2U system based upon the compensation plan outlined. INFINITY2U reserves the right to properly calculate and amend a member's commissions, as well as amend the compensation plan. Any earnings or income figures presented on this website are not guaranteed to any member for simply joining the program and promoting. Members earning are based upon the number of referrals/sales they make.

Members may not promote INFINITY2U in any way considered objectionable or illegal by all applicable laws of the Malaysia and the country of where the member resides. Members must always represent themselves in an ethical manner that does not harm or bring the reputation and credibility of INFINITY2U into doubt. 

Spamming is absolutely prohibited and will result in cancellation of member's account. Abusing INFINITY2U's "Tell  Friends" tool constitutes spamming. Members may use the tools provided to promote INFINITY2U, including banners, replicated sites, and emails. Members may not cross promote to other members who are not their direct referrals.

INFINITY2U will not be held liable for any damage, including financial, that might occur before, during, or after a member's experience with INFINITY2U.  Members join at their own risk and may cancel their account and thus forfeit their commissions at any time. No refunds will be given. There is no guarantee of any earnings either.

INFINITY2U will also not be held liable for any damage or financial loss caused to the customer/member by any third parties including payment processors.

All members are responsible for keeping record of and reporting their earnings for tax purposes. INFINITY2U is not responsible for issuing any documentation regarding earnings.

All customer/member information is kept confidential and will not be solicited nor sold to any third parties.INFINITY2Ureserves the right to email and contact members regarding INFINITY2U businesses and other business opportunities as well.

All logos and graphics on INFINITY2U.net are copy right protected.

There is no guarantee that any member will make the income figures shown on this website as a result of using and promoting our products and the associated income opportunity. As with any business, your results are dependent upon your efforts, skills and abilities, knowledge, and experience. We only provide the opportunity and cannot guarantee any success or earnings. All customers are essentially purchasing our products collection and are promised nothing more.

You agree that you are joining this income opportunity at your own risk and that we are not liable for your success, or failure, or any loss or gain, especially financial.
